Sanitary 2-Way Diaphragm Valves
Steriflow Valve Sanitary (Aseptic) diaphragm valves are designed for use in sterile applications such as biopharma, food, and biotech industries. They may also be used in semiconductor and microelectronics industries. The innovative and user friendly design allows for easy operation and installation.
These all-forged 2-way valves have machined Tri-Clamp or Tube end connections with no welding.
Steriflow aseptic 2-way diaphragm valves come with a manual or manual vented bonnet or a double acting pneumatic actuator meaning they can switch between spring to open and close. The standard aseptic 2-way diaphragm valves allow for connection ports between ½” – 4”.
The compact aseptic 2-way diaphragm valves offer a solution for those seeking a smaller connection port. The compact valves have a smaller diaphragm allowing for ¼” , ⅜ “ , and ½” connections (DN8, DN10, DN15).
All ASME and BPE guidelines are followed during manufacturing and diaphragm materials are FDA, USP <88> Class VI and <87> compliant and ADI and TSE-free.
Applications:
Single valve Wier manual on/off or air actuated flow control of drug process additives, drug product and clean utilities.
Upstream:
- Bioreactor/fermenter: for control of WFI, growth media, intermediate drug product, clean dry air and gas, clean steam and clean utility fluids
- Perfused bioreactors: retentate or permeate fluid control
Downstream:
- For control of WFI, buffers, solvent, intermediate and finished drug product, clean dry air and gas, clean steam and clean utility fluids in the following production areas: separation, filtration, chromatography, formulation, fill finish
Buffer and media prep:
- For control of WFI, buffers, growth media, clean steam and clean utility fluids
